SERVICES

  • At the moment, I work exclusively on Squarespace, so I don’t provide services for any other website builders.

  • No. Even though I use different tools in my web design process, my services are centered around Squarespace.

  • I will write all the key text elements, like headers, call-to-action, button text, etc. - everything that builds the website structure. But I don’t really write long texts, especially those specific to your industry. Don’t worry though, I will always give you a detailed list of texts I need from you!

  • I’m not a graphic designer, and I don’t want to overpromise anything. If you don’t have a logo, I can design a simple, text-based one (like the one I have on this website).

  • If you have a specific deadline in mind, we can always discuss it, and I’ll try my best to do it as soon as possible. But that always depends on my current availability, and I’m more up for “let’s talk what’s the best solution here” rather than charging extra for making things faster.

  • Sure! I’m generally more up for async communication, and that’s my default option, but we can always have a call if you feel like that’s the best option for you!

  • I tried to describe all my services here in a way that makes it the easiest for you to choose the right one, but if you’re not sure, just send me an email (hi@prettyonlineclub.com), and we’ll figure it out together!

  • I review it, get back to you (I try to do it as soon as possible, but it can be up to 48-72 h). I share with you my thoughts about the project, as well as the final price and estimated timeline.

PROCESS

  • You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. I’ll give you a detailed list after we discuss the structure. What’s going to be on the list for sure are texts & images, so you can think more about what you would like to include there, but don’t stress about it too much in advance!

  • That’s completely okay! I’ll help you choose the best fonts/colors/visual identity elements based on your vibe and vision.

  • No worries at all. We will find the best solution - maybe limiting the images to a minimum, maybe replacing them with some stock photos/graphics. If you work in an industry where visual results are important (beauty, art, design, etc.), try to take some photos of your work; it doesn’t need to be professional!

  • That’s really fluid and hard to estimate on a general level. It always depends on my availability, the complexity of your project, the number of revision rounds, and your responsiveness. I will always present you the estimated process timeline before committing to anything.

  • A revision round is the process that generally looks like this:

    • I show you the work I’ve done so far (structure, design, or part of it)

    • You highlight everything you don’t love, what you would like to be changed, rephrased, added, or removed

    • I apply all the changes you mentioned and show you the result

If for any reason I didn’t apply something you mentioned, and you point that out - that’s still one revision round. However, if you want to change something in the new design that you haven’t mentioned before, that’s a new revision round.

  • You can always add extra revision rounds to your package - just let me know, and I'll include them in the quote. Keep in mind that each additional round may also extend the timeline a little.

  • Absolutely! The only thing worth keeping in mind is that it might extend the timeline depending on my current availability.

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Once we've agreed on the final quote, I'll send you an invoice with a payment link. You can pay using card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Klarna.

  • A 50% deposit is required to start the project. For the remaining balance, we can discuss a payment structure that works for both of us.

  • That depends on the service you choose, but everything that’s in the service description and not mentioned as an add-on is included in the base price.

  • The deposit is equal to the 50% of the initial agreed quote (the final quote might change if you decide to go for extra pages/revision rounds/add-ons after we sign the contract). It is required to start work on the project.

The deposit is non-refundable. In the rare case that I'm unable to complete the project on my end, the deposit will be fully refunded.

  • That’s completely fine! I will just add them to the final remaining balance.

TEMPLATES

  • You get the template transferred to your account, a PDF guide with a checklist specific to each template, and access to general video tutorials on how to use my templates.

  • Each template comes with a single-use license, meaning it can be used for one website only. Reselling or redistributing the template is not permitted. If you'd like to use it for multiple websites, you'll need to purchase a separate license for each.

  • To get started and customize the template, you need to have a free Squarespace account. To publish your website later, you will need to subscribe to one of the Squarespace plans.

  • Absolutely! I created a series of beginner-friendly video tutorials and a checklist for each template to make it as easy for you as possible! And you can always contact me if you run into any problems.

  • You can always go back to my tutorials, search the Squarespace support resources, or contact me with questions.

If you feel like that’s not enough, you can request the template setup service at any point, even if you've already started customizing it yourself. Keep in mind that if changes have been made to the template, the setup fee may be higher depending on the current state of the website.

  • No, the template setup is a separate service that you can request at any point.

SUPPORT

  • It includes all the things related to maintaining the website - technical support, content updates, and small design changes. It doesn’t include building additional pages or redesigning the whole website.

  • Go for the hourly support, that’s the best option for small tweaks!

  • Up to 48-72 hours.
