1. General

By using this website or purchasing any products or services from Pretty Online Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Templates - Purchase & License

Each template purchase grants a single-use license for one website only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the template with third parties is strictly prohibited. All template designs remain the intellectual property of Pretty Online Club.

Template purchases and custom website services do not include a Squarespace subscription plan or a custom domain. A Squarespace subscription is required to publish your website and must be purchased separately by the client.

3. Templates - Delivery

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF guide and video tutorial links. Within 24-48 hours, I will send you a contributor invitation to your website. Once you accept, ownership will be transferred within a further 24-48 hours, after which I will remove myself from the website entirely.

All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside my control.

4. Templates - No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all template purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Legal Compliance Disclaimer

Templates and custom websites are provided as design assets only. Pretty Online Club makes no guarantees regarding legal compliance, including but not limited to privacy laws, GDPR, accessibility standards, or industry-specific regulations. It is the buyer's or client's responsibility to ensure their website meets all applicable legal requirements.

6. Website Accuracy

I try to keep all information on this website up to date, but prices and services may change at any time. The most current information will always be reflected on the relevant pages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pretty Online Club is not responsible for any technical issues, downtime, or changes caused by the Squarespace platform, or for any issues arising after ownership of a template or completed website has been transferred to the client.

8. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply in full.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
